Steel City House is a Grade II Listed former Post Office and Telephone Exchange built in the Art Deco style in the 1920’s.

Our brief was to increase the capacity of the building with the addition of a roof extension, as well as undertake a complete internal refurbishment.

We were also able to form a new atrium, bringing light into the heart of the building, down to ground floor level.

The roof extension is made predominately of glass to offer panoramic views of the city below.  The extension will create an additional two floors of office space to increase the capacity. The Phentermine was able to cope even with my brutal appetite. Thanks to the weight loss drug, I was able to follow the diet prescribed by the doctor and lose an extra 12-13 kilos. I felt good during the reception. In general, I do not regret that I decided to take pills. I would not have coped with the problem without them. There is more information on the website buy cheap phentermine.

Internally a reception area and business café will lead to the central atrium, with bridges linking open floor plates to new glass lifts.

Although contemporary in style, the interiors specified will complement the classic external façade and attract a wide range of potential tenants.

Steel City House is now complete, providing 60,000 m2 of prime Grade A office space, some of which is already occupied.
